Having trouble playing MVP Baseball 2005 on my Windows 10 PC. Hello, I just got back to the States after being away for two years. My dad updated my PC to Windows 10 for me. When I put in the game CD into the computer it just opens text files, no application. I've tried it on different computers with Windows 10 and I get the same result. My xbox 360 has passed away after what feels like forever, and I am kind of obsessed with baseball games. My only way of gaming as of now is on the PC, and as you are all probably aware there are little to no options.
I have done a bit of research and discovered that some amazing folks have been keeping MVP '05 fairly up to date with mods and such, I just have a few questions.
Once I download and install the game, where do I find said mods? I found what looks like a good site but am getting 404 errors on all of the links.
Is there any controller support? e.g. my xbox 360 USB controller.
I really don't want to shell out for a new console to keep playing my baseball, and if there is another forum I can post to who can help me out I would really appreciate the referral.
